Whether you are coming or going, let us get your home into tip-top shape after you move-out or before you move-in. With this cleaning, we offer a top to bottom cleaning and sanitizing of your empty home. This includes deep cleaning of appliances and thorough wipe downs of cabinets and closets.

Things to note

First cleaning will be billed as deep cleaning
It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up in order to accomplish a thorough cleaning. Items should be secured to the walls properly.
We cannot climb higher than a 2-step ladder, higher items will be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move all furniture, but will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster or tool.
We cannot guarantee mini-blind cleaning, we dust mini-blinds with a microfiber duster or towel.
Please allow for some dust re-settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air by using microfiber towels, hepa-filter vacuums and cloth dusters but cannot prevent it entirely.
